This package
includes:
* Editing up to 12 A4 pages of
your written documents
* Preparing two letters – form
letters or specific purpose
ones
* Preparation of a media release –
submission to relevant parties is
available at negotiated
rates
* Setting up a pro-forma newsletter
for your business (equivalent to a
double sided A4 page.) Ongoing newsletter editing is available on
request
* Proof reading the equivalent of
6 A4 pages on your web site
The total
package cost is $680.
Payment
terms are that 20% will be required up
front, another 20% half way through the
work and the remaining 60% upon
completion.

clients. Often, information is updated or
added to quickly and a thorough check of
the text is missed.
Word Constructions will check your web
site for spelling and grammatical errors
as well as ensuring that the text is easy
to understand. Specific technical
information and facts will not be checked
or verified unless previous arrangements
are made.
This
package includes:
* Proof reading 10 articles or
information pages on your web site
* Proof reading the equivalent of 6 A4
pages on your web site
* Beta testing the entire site (that
is, ensuring all links lead to where
they should)
Total package cost is $445
Extra information pages will be
checked also at an additional cost of
$18 per page, or $80 per five
pages.

establishing a new site, and possibly a
new business at the same time, there are

Constructions can take care of the details
within your web site, leaving you free to
care for your customers and the other
setting up tasks. There are
two components to this service; each can
be purchased separately or as a
pair.
Whilst your
web designer establishes the site itself,
Word Constructions can be preparing the
content of your site. We will work
with you and/or your designer to produce a
site where the content and design
compliment each other to suit your
business. Word Constructions is able to
recommend a designer or arrange the design
for you as well.
This package
includes:
* Writing a
marketing letter to promote the site
launch
* Preparing the content of the following
pages
